HU Student looking for a long term flatshare

Here’s Rakshit from India.

I am 28 year old guy (he/him)
I am enrolled in a master's course at Humboldt University in Economics and Management. Since the semester is mostly online, I have digital classes going on from time to time.
I am looking for a flatshare room starting 30.12.2021 and my budget is upto 350€ (warm rent).

Here's a brief introduction to myself:
I would describe myself as a Slow-Starter. I carefully watch myself and others in the start and after my "cool-off period", I bombard you with a lot of questions, doubts and inquisitive discussions about life, philosophy, psychology, economics, sexuality, Germany, theism, latest netflix shows, writing etc, and these discussions happen best when I am also cooking, eating or taking a stroll. Well of course not if you dont want to. The degree of discussions are without a doubt based on our mutual interest in the subject and in each other.

I am strictly a non-smoker and a vegetarian (tending towards Veganism). I really appreciate having an honest and a direct communicative approach to problems, as I firmly believe it to be the best way to come to a common ground and also improve ourselves.

I love to engage in special "cleaning" drives often, apart from a regular schedule that I have for myself. I feel it’s the best way to get yourself energised on days when you are feeling low or distracted. So, I am totally onboard with you, if you happen to continue the old plan that you might already have in place, or make a new one.

Though I am eagerly looking for a roof over my tiny head in Deutschland, my past experiences tell me that I actually enjoy staying somewhere when there’s more than just “mechanical existence” under a roof with "flatmates". So, what I am actually seeking is a place with "people" I can be feel alive with, while we appreciate each other’s personal space. Well there's more to living than just "existing".

I am currently in India, will be moving to Berlin on 08.12.2021, and seeking a long term room from as soon as possible, and ofcourse with registration possible. I do have short term room to stay at, till 30.12.21, but if you happen to offer me a room prior to that I will be happy to move in, since I have to get the Anmeldung.
