Seeking furnished room in a friendly flat from June 1

Hello! My name is Rhia (she/her). I'm 32 yo from California, US. I'm searching for a furnished room in a WG from June 1. I'm still learning to speak German and would like to live with people who are comfortable speaking mostly English.

About me:
I'm finishing up my studies in Berlin and I work part-time. My work schedule is flexible and all online, so it's important that I have a living space where I can work sometimes, although I often go out rather than staying home. I'm a positive and respectful person who's mindful, friendly, and responsible. I enjoy living with other people who are also respectful, reciprocal, and communicative.

I enjoy cooking a few times a week (I'm mainly vegetarian), and sharing conversation and food/drinks sometimes. I value having a peaceful, bright, and comfortable living space. Having housemates who are into discussing philosophy, music, culture, wellness & mindfulness is a plus!

My interests are in environment and social justice. My hobbies are hiking, live music, and staying active with ballet, yoga, biking, swimming, and martial arts. I'm an occasional smoker (only outside) and don't have pets.

My budget is up to 650 for a bright solo bedroom. I prefer a comfortable desk to work at and a good sized, modern kitchen since I like to cook. A bathtub and balcony or garden would also be wonderful.
