Architektin auf der Suche nach WG (-:

hello hello !

Ich bin Ava und ich ziehe für ein Semester nach Berlin, um in einem Architekturbüro zu arbeiten. Ich mache meinen Master in Architektur an der Harvard Graduate School of Design, dort findet man mich immer an meinem Schreibtisch oder in der Holzwerkstatt (-: Architektur als Beruf ist ziemlich international und habe ich schon in vielen Städten in WGs gelebt, zuletzt in Paris und Peking–in beiden Städten ich war super lucky, tolle Mitbewohner gefunden zu haben. Sauberkeit und eine friedliche Atmosphäre in einer WG sind wichtig, aber am wichtigsten sind mir meine Mitbewohner*innen--I really like feeling as though I'm sharing a space with friends (-:

I'll be working full time, 9 AM-7 PM (or later, depending on what project I'm put on) from Monday-Friday, but I’d love to foster the kind of atmosphere in the evenings where housemates and I can share food and drinks if/when we feel like it, go out to the occasional exhibition/show/restaurant/bar, or just peacefully hang out and do our own thing, separately or together. At the same time, of course I totally understand and respect keeping the apartment a place to be by yourself and recharge and by no means expect any of us to be attached to one another at the hip. (-:

In my free time I like to sketch in the city, design little things like furniture or clothing for fun, cook, bake (most recently, tons of banana bread), listen to music, read (poetry, fiction, and history), go on runs, thrift shop, veg out and watch something good (or stupid)...the list goes on!

Schreibt mir gerne bei Fragen oder wenn ihr euch mal zum Kennenlernen treffen wollt! Ich verbessere noch mein Deutsch, aber ich denke, es könnte auf dem Niveau sein, wo ich den Smalltalk test bestehen kann (-:
