Schöner Wohnen mit Clara :)

Hallo, ich bin Clara, und ich würde euch - und eure Wohnung - wahnsinnig gerne kennenlernen!

Also legen wir mal los: ich bin 26 Jahre alt, neu, aber nicht frisch in Berlin (seit Oktober '21) und suche nun nach einem Zimmer im Ring (man wird ja träumen dürfen). Ich habe in Freiburg, London und Helsinki studiert, bin großer Beatles Fan (meine Beatles Funfacts werden euch den morgendlichen Kaffee versüßen), mache gerne 17stündige Fernbusfahrten und war jahrelang in einem Studi-Kino aktiv (neben den besten Filmtipps habe ich auch heiße Stories vom Cannes Filmfestival parat). Aktuell mache ich mein juristisches Referendariat und bin damit bereit, eure Wohnung gegen jede*n unfaire*n Vermieter*in zu verteidigen. Ich arbeite unter der Woche und versinke am Wochenende am liebsten morgens in meinem Kreuzworträtsel und abends in der nächsten Kneipe.

Ich bin geimpft, WG-erfahren (seit fast 10 Jahren) und kann mich auf jede Ernährungsform in der WG einlassen. Ansonsten würde ich zur WG beisteuern: eine Gitarre, ein e-Piano, eine Pizzaschere, einen riesigen Fernseher (Kino-Feeling at home, juchu!), ein Bügelbrett nebst Bügel-Skills sowie einen großen internationalen Freundeskreis in der Stadt (falls ihr schon immer mal mit Iren im Pub Guinness trinken oder mit Schwedinnen im Park Midsommar feiern wolltet).

Ich freue mich über jede Nachricht, bin flexibel mit dem Einzugsdatum (ich brauche bis Ende des Jahres etwas neues) und habe ein besonderes Herz für Ost-Berlin, bin aber auch offen für alles andere. Bis hoffentlich bald!

Hey, I am Clara and I would love to get to know you (and your apartment)!

So let's get this started: I'm 26, in Berlin since Oct 21 (so new but not fresh) und looking for a room inside the S Bahn ring (you're allowed to dream, right?). I've studied in Freiburg, London and Helsinki, am crazy about the Beatles (my Beatles funfacts will sweeten your morning coffee), love to do 17 hours bus drives to places I haven't been before and have worked at a student cinema for years (if you want awesome film recommendations or the hottest stories from the Cannes film festival, hit me up). I'm working towards the German equivalent of the bar exam at the moment and thus can lawyer you out of any unpleasant situation with your landlord. During the week I'm working and at the weekends I love to get stuck in my crossword puzzle in the mornings and in the pub in the evening.

I'm vaccinated, have lived in shared flats all my life and am okay with whatever you're eating. I will enrichen your flat with: a guitar, an e-piano, a pizza scissor, a huge telly (cinema feeling at home, yay) and a big international friends group (if you love the Irish craic or the Swedish snus).

I'm happy about every message, am flexible with the dates (I need an apartment until the end of the year) and am especially in love with east Berlin but open to absolutely anything. Hopefully see you soon!
