Uni student searching for non-Zweck WG

I am coming back to Berlin to continue my bachelor's of Business and IT after completing 2 years of military service in South Korea. I have spent the last 5 years sharing flats in Malaysia, the Netherlands, and Berlin. In those places, I had a non-purpose flat of all types from party going with flat mates to having a dinner together and playing some traditional Italian card games over some beer or going to the park for a walk. I am big on all sorts of sports especially football, I often watch football over a pint of beer. When I was a Hauptmieter in the Netherlands, I looked for a chilled person who is relaxed and open to having fun conversations at the local bar. Other than that I am used to having cleaning schedules and since I cook often I know the importance of doing the dishes on time!
