gemütliche und nette WG gesucht :) (Zwischenmiete + dauerhaft)

Hallo!

Du hast sicher schon viele Anzeigen gelesen, daher mach ich es kurz.

1. Wichtigste Daten:
- ich komme aufgrund eines Praktikums nach Berlin, das dauert bis Mitte Mai und Zwischenmiete wäre vorerst total okay, ich plane aber langfristig zu bleiben (und daher evtl. noch mal umzuziehen)
- Einzug idealerweise Anfang Februar 2023

2. Zu mir:
- Studium Internationales Management in Augsburg mit Zwischenstopp in London
- 22 Jahre
- bin gern meistens mit irgendwas aktiv; Ehrenamt, Praktikum, Studium, Freunde, Sport, reisen oder so :) sehr gerne mach ich auch Wochenend-Trips ins Umland, zum Wandern, Städte besichtigen o.Ä.
- insgesamt 4 Jahre WG-Erfahrung :)

3. Was ich in einer WG suche:
- einen Raum zum wohl fühlen (= sowohl mal zusammen was trinken, kochen, quatschen als auch einfach im Zimmer verschwinden können)
- Sauberkeit (= im normal-möglichen Rahmen, wenn bei dir aber die Töpfe im Spülbecken schon sprechen dann passen wir glaube ich nicht so gut zusammen)
- Rücksichtnahme (= wenn du bis um 11 Uhr schläfst bin ich leise, wenn ich mal um 22 Uhr schlafen gehe, bist du es auch)

4. Was ich nicht suche:
- Party-WG (= trinke gerne ein Glas Wein, und gehe auch gern mal feiern, wilde WG Partys hab ich bisher aber lieber anderen überlassen)
- Leute, die in ihrer WG leben als wären sie verheiratet (= wenn ich Pizza bestelle, frage ich dich natürlich, ob du auch mit bestellen willst, aber wir müssen uns bei den Einkäufen nicht ständig absprechen)


Kurzum: wenn du dir eine bodenständige Mitbewohnerin wünscht, die lebt und leben lässt, dann würd ich dich/euch echt gern kennenlernen! :)

I'm sure you've read a lot of these, so I'll keep it short.

1. most important data:
- I'm moving to Berlin for an internship, which will last until Mid-May and renting an apartment for the time being would be fine, but I'm planning to stay for a longer period of time (so I might move again).
- Ideally, I would like to move in at the beginning of February 2023

2. about me:
- Studying International Management in Augsburg with a stopover in London.
- 22 yrs
- I like to be active most of the time with something; voluntary work, internship, studies, friends, sports, travelling or something like that :) I also like to go on weekend trips to the surrounding countryside, for hiking, visiting cities or similar.
- in total 4 yrs of flat share experience :)

3. what i am looking for in a flat share:
- A living space where you can feel comfortable (= have a glass of wine or tea together, cook, chat as well as just vanish into your room).
- Cleanliness (= within normal limits, but if the pots in your sink are already talking, then I don't think we'd fit together very well).
- Consideration (= if you sleep until 11 o'clock I am quiet, if I go to bed at 10 o'clock you are quiet too)

4. what I am not looking for:
- Party (= I like to drink a glass of wine and go out to party, but I prefer to leave wild flatmate parties to others).
- People who live in their flat-sharing community as if they were married (= if I order pizza, I will of course ask you if you want to order too, but we don't have to constantly coordinate our grocery shopping).


In short: if you want a down-to-earth flatmate who's somewhat settled mentally, then I'd be very happy about you reaching out! :)
