Tiny storage room + anmeldung for stays less than 7 days/mth

Hi! I travel often for work and am in Berlin for less than 7 days/month (3-4 months of the year). I am looking for a tiny room to store my things and sleep in when I am in Berlin *with anmeldung* for long term rent. I could pay 200 euros per month, and you would basically have the place to yourself! I am a calm, quiet and clean and respectful person, and would tell you in advance the dates I would be back in Berlin.
