Vermiete mein jetziges Zimmer in Lichtenberg (an der Grenze zu Friedrichshain) für zwei Wochen unter. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine gesellige, geräumige Küche, in der alles vorhanden ist was man braucht und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert. Internet ist vorhanden sowie ein fresher Mitbewohner.
I sublet my current room in Lichtenberg (on the border with Friedrichshain) for two weeks for the time being. The apartment has two rooms, a sociable, spacious kitchen with everything you need and a bathroom with bathtub.
The room is fully furnished. Internet is available as well as a fresh roommate(Ceren).
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz, welcher fußläufig in einer Minute erreichbar ist. Eine ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit großem Innenhof. Gleich zur Haustür raus sind ein Bäcker und ein Späti/Döner.
Die nächsten Supermärkte(ALDI/Kaufland/Penny/Netto) sind jeweils etwa 8Min Fußweg entfernt.
Wer Ruhe haben will und trotzdem innerhalb von fünf Minuten an der Warschauer und zehn Minuten in der Stadtmitte sein will ist prima bedient, die S5/S7 & S75 fahren alle drei Minuten. Leckere Restaurants/gude Kneipen/Clubs gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located directly at the S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz, which is within walking distance in one minute. A quiet apartment with a large courtyard. Right out the front door are a bakery and a Späti/Döner.
The nearest supermarkets (ALDI/Kaufland/Penny/Netto) are each about 8min walk away.
Who wants to have peace and still be within five minutes at the Warschauer and ten minutes in the city center is prima served, the S5/S7 & S75 go every three minutes. Delicious restaurants/good pubs/clubs well within walking distance.
Die Küche wird saubergehalten(es gibt eine Spülmaschine). Alle zwei Wochen wird die Wohnung geputzt. #chill
The kitchen is kept clean (there is a dishwasher). Every two weeks the apartment is cleaned. #chill
Die Fotos sind älter und vom falschen Zimmer(wird upgedatet), die Küche ist neu gestrichen und dein Zimmer ist auch hübscher eingerichtet. + Es gibt ein neues Bett.
Schreib mir einfach einen kurzen Text über Dich und lass uns (wahrscheinlich vorerst virtuell) zum Kaffee/Bier/Tee/Orangenlimonade treffen.

The photos are older and from the wrong room (will be updated), the kitchen is newly painted and your room is also nicer furnished. + There is a new bed.
