A woman is wanted for a room in a newly renovated 2.5 room flat on the 3rd floor of an old building in hermannstrabe.
The 20 m room is furnished (single bed, couch, study table, coffee table, big closet and a coat hanger), the bathroom has a bathtub, and the flat has WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, gas heating, a washing machine and a dishwasher (doesn’t work at the moment). A nice kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge and lots of storage room.
The place is directly on the bus stop (lines 277 and m46 that connects u to the city center and hermannstrabe s+u).
the place has another female roommate, and the landlord uses the flat as well (has an office in the flat and uses the kitchen and bathroom once or twice a week, dosent sleep in the flat) so it should be treated as a partially 3 persons flat.
