My flatmate is leaving for holidays and looking for someone who wants to take the room for the period 28 august - 18 september 2023. It might be possible to extend the stay until wnd of september but we will see how it goes.
Flat is 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, one store room, 1 kitchen. The flat is quite bright and has windows downt the street and to the courtyard. It's furnished with all (bed sheets and towels too). The flat is altbau but has all necessary for a comfort stay.
Shops and groceries are all within walikin minutes. U-bahn Senefelderplatz is just 2 minutes walk. U-bahn Rosenthaler Platz about 12 minutes walk. There are many restaurants and nice cafes in Kastanienallee which is 5 minutes walk.
Bio-shops are all around. Kollwitzplatz is also 8 minutes walk. Prerfect area to rest and live a quite time in Berlin.
We all work and have a regular rhythm of daily life. We prefer have someone who follow the same or at least don't live at night. My flatmate (your future flatmate) likes to have conversations and even share cooking and food sometimes but we are all quite reserved people. Sharing is a pleasure not a must, let's say.
If you are interested we can arrange a phone call. You can also come and check the place in person. Ideally I prefer to meet per person so I try to avoid virtual tour of the house unless is strictly necessary for you!
