Very big and comfortable room with double bed, closet, coffee table and chair, mirror, and other small amenities. Plenty of space to store clothes and other utensils. The apartment has 2 rooms (1 which is rented by a worker/foreign/girl), one big living room with tv, alexa, amazon stick, PS4, sofa, and balcony. Kitchen has ALL utensils, oven and dish washer. All bills included. Very well located.
If either a couple, or 2 friends who can share the room wants, 100 euros will be added.
The fee for existing amenities will be half given back in the end of the stay.
The flat is extremely well located. Just outside the door there is the ubahn neukölln station, about 100 meters (4 minutes walk) further is the ringbahn. This allows you to reach many places of the city in a short time.
Right in front of the house there are also pharmacies and the shopping centre of neukölln, with Kaufland and Rosmann shops.
We are two people living in the flat, both very nice and outgoing. We like to cook, and chat during the hours we are at home, but we respect each other's space.
We have rules for cleaning, but we always take care to have the flat in order, we value good coexistence and
