Hi, I am looking for someone nice and reliable to sublet my room. The room is available from 1st of September (or a bit earlier) till end of November (possibly longer). If you are still interested pelase keep reading!
The room is around 30 m2 has a window directed to small and quite street, wooden floors and is located on the second floor of the apartment next to your bathroom. It comes with a wardrobe and other furniture and I will make space for your stuff.
The whole apartment has two floors, two bathrooms, beautiful, well equipped and spacious kitchen.
The apartment is a real gem in heart of old Prenzlauer in a renovated Altbau. Around the corner is Kollwitzplatz and Wasserturm, parks, Cafés and great restaurants.
There are three of us plus incredibly cute two cats.
Fares, our haupmieter, occupies downstairs. Chilled forty something who loves wine and a good sleep will be happy to contribute to your life with jokes and a good piece of advice. In life, he focuses on collecting beautiful objects, organizing events and sharing music with other people.
Downstairs, together with Fares, lives super nice and easy going 19 years old Esja.
Upstairs next to you and the bathroom there is Lore, always friendly and happy to bouldern.
