- Offering a Private room for sublet. Duration can be flexible. The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, table, chairs along with bed sheets and pillow covers.
- The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer along with other amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. The bathroom has a bathtub as well.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
The rent is 500 for the entire month of May or 150 per week.
- Located in wedding with all public transport (buses (120, 147, 247 etc) , trams (M13, 50) and U6, U9 at 5-10 mins of reach.
- The nearest U-Bahn station is Leopoldplatz which connects to Friedrichstrasse in under 15 mins. Wedding S-bahn is 15 mins walk.
- Grocery (Rewe, Penny, Netto) is only 6 mins away with Spatis near the building. Berlin Hbf is 15 mins from Leopoldplatz, GesundBrunnen is 15 mins from the location which has direct connection to the Airport.
- There are also a couple of bars nearby and Prenzlauer Berg is 15 mins from Tram from Osram Hofe.
Overall very good location.
Apart from you, there are 2 more people living in the apartment (this number may decrease as they might leave the apartment)
- Both work in IT and go to office frequently so it is very quiet most of the time.
- Everyone is a clean freak so the apartment is kept really clean and as we expect you to keep it.

- Viewing is possible on weekdays and weekends.
- Looking for someone who is clean and decent.
- The room is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
- Anmeldung is not possible as I would be coming back from vacation to continue my stay.
