Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau und liegt im 2ten Stock im Hinterhaus. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig, hell und teilmöbliert. Es hat ein grosses Regal, Kleiderstange, Kommode, mehrere Spiegel, Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl. Das Palletten Bett ist bereits weg, eine grosse Matratze ist vorhanden.
Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bad, ebenfalls sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Waschmaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden. Dazu noch eine separate Toilette.
Küche ist eingerichtet mit allem Notwendigen zum kochen und leben inkl. Tisch und Stühle.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich die Tram und Bus Station Seestraße / Amrumer Straße (M13 / M15 / 106 / 221 / N26). In 6 Minuten ist man bei der U-Bahn Station Seestraße (U6), in 8 Minuten bei der U-Bahn Station Amrumer Straße (U9).
In der näheren Umgebung findest du mehrere Imbisse, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. In der 6 Minuten entfernen Müllerstraße findest du absolut alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Lidl, Netto, Aldi, Kaufland, Bio Company, DM, Bäcker) Wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest, gibt es in der Nähe ein paar gute Bars, ein großes Kino sowie den Goethepark mit dem Plötzensee zum Chillen, Joggen oder Schwimmen.
Die Beuth Hochschule ist in 5 Minuten zu Füß zu erreichen. HU, TU, HWR in weniger als 20 Minuten.

Universitys: You can walk to Beuth Hochschule (5 minutes) and it takes less than 20 minutes to the HU, TU, HWR.
Ich wohne mit meiner Freundin in der Wohnung, an manchen Tagen sind wir in Ihrer Wohnung. Wir sind in der Gastro berufstätig und daher vorallem Abends am arbeiten. Das heisst da hast du die Wohnung für dich abends alleine. In den Tagen die ich frei habe bin ich gerne zu hause und koche gern, trink den einen oder anderen Wein oder bin für gesellschaftliches zusammensitzen zu haben.
I work in hospitality industry and therefore i work mostly evenings. That's when you have the appartment mostly for yourself. On my off days i like to be home and cook, drink, talk and play games.
Ich bin am besten per Nachricht zu erreichen und melde mich dann bei dir. Es wäre schön wenn du kurz etwas über dich schreiben kannst, wie alt du bist und was du arbeitest oder studierst.
Ich bin dem alkohol nicht abgeneigt aber eine Party WG ist das hier nicht.
