as I am holiday on this dates again, I am renting my room for a longer time. Check out is on the 29 of May at latest 8pm.
The room is spacious and gets plenty of light as it is on the Southside. You will also have your own balcony.
The flat is renovated and in very condition, equiped with everything you need. Also Washing machine. There is also a nice common outside area with tables where you can enjoy a sunny meal outside.
The apartment is located near Baumschulenweg, just 3min walking to the station where there are connections with S bahn and bus.
It's located in a beautiful street with old buildings, around the area you can also find Lidl, Edeka, Rossman, dm, backeries, cafes, shops, restaurants and, of course, your local Späti and Kebab place.
Just 5min walking you have Plänterwald park for a nice walk or jog along the river. Actually the whole area is surrounded by green areas and there are lakes not so far away either. With a bike you can enjoy a nice and calm, hopefully corona free, summer in Berlin! It is also not far from Treptower Park.
The flat is currently shared with Rucan (me), Imari and Daniel.
Daniel is from Portugal and writing his Masterthesis at the moment. Imari is 20, studying communication and from Peru (her Father is German so she knows German).
In our flat we like to cook and share food, watch a movie together sometimes but we still respect each others space and privacy. We'll look for people who seem to be in line with this way of shared living and doing something together. Will try our best to find someone who we think will get along!
The person has to be clean, as I am leaving my furniture in the room.
The rent for 550€ is for one month. So for the total time of 7 weeks it would be 962,50€. It is payed of courses splitted like a rent.
