Im Angebot ist ein Schlafzimmer mit ca. 7m2 in einer Wohnung, die ca. 66m2 ist. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, das ca. 24m2 ist, welches die potenzielle Mitbewohnerin auch verwenden kann.
DIESES ANGEBOT IST NUR FÜR FRAUEN, DIE NICHT RAUCHEN.
Mein Freund wird ab Anfang August weg sein und im Februar zurückkommen. Es ist für diese Zeit, dass ich eine Mitbewohnerin brauche.
Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist das Zimmer mit einem Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bett kann ausgezogen werden, um es größer zu machen. Bei Bedarf kann das Bücherregal entfernt werden.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für die Zubereitung einer Mahlzeit benötigt. Wir suchen nur eine Person, die das Zimmer für den gesamten Zeitraum bewohnt. Eine Anmeldung ist erforderlich. Leider sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Vor allem suche ich eine ruhige Person, die reif ist. Wir haben viel Zeit und Geld in unsere Wohnung investiert und wir hoffen, dass derjenige, der darin wohnen wird, respektvoll ist. Dies ist keine Party-WG.
Bitte schreibe ein paar Sätze über dich, was du machst, welche Erfahrungen du mit dem Leben in WGs hast und welche Erwartungen/Fragen du vielleicht hast. Wir werden dann einen Termin für einen Hausbesuch vereinbaren.

On offer is a bedroom with around 7m2 in an apartment that is around 66m2. There is a living room that's about 24m2 that the potential mitbewohner can use as well.

My boyfriend is going to be away from the beginning of August and will come back in February. It is for this time that I need a roommate.
The flat is 5-10 minutes away from U-Bahn Kaiserdamm on foot, S-Bahn Messe Nord is five minutes further. There are several supermarkets in the area: REWE, EDEKA etc and many cafés, bakeries and imbisses as well.
The neighbourhood is quiet, on one side of the flat is the street, but the windows to your room open up to an Innenhof with a garden. Please write the word 'Waridi' just so we know you took the time to read the assignment.
As shown in the pictures, the room is furnished with a bed and writing table. The bed can be pulled out to make it larger. Should you want it, the bookshelf can be removed.
The kitchen has everything you require to make a meal. We are looking for just one person to occupy the room for this entire time period. Anmeldung is a requirement. Sadly, no pets allowed.
Above everything, I'm looking for a quiet person, who is mature. We have spent a lot of time, and money making our home and we hope whoever gets to live in it will be respectful. This isn't a party WG.
