Hello Berliners, travelers, newbees, short term stayers
I‘ll be out for one month (August 20 - September 17) and I’m renting my room for that period.
My room is in a shared flat with another woman, so I want to respect her wish and preferably giving the room to a female person (pls don’t take it personally guys 🙏).
The room size is about 30 sqm with a nice kind of balcony (like you can see at pictures), equipped with a cozy sofa, a desk, a French size bed, wardrobe and cloth rack.
As well you will have a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher machine, fridge, freezer) and a nice bathroom with laundry machine.
The personal clutter you can see at the pictures right now will be removed when you move in of course and there is free space in the shelves, where you can store your things.
If you need I can also borrow you my bike for the rental time (in exchange of deposit :) ).
The flat is located pretty central, close to S Bahn station ‘Frankfurter Allee’ (one station from ‘Ostkreuz’).
The rent in total is 650€.
No parties allowed. But you can find nice locations for partying close to the flat in Friedrichshain :-)
