Furnished 26qm room with a 140cm bed, a desk and a wardrobe for personal use.
The apartment has 5 rooms in total + a separate kitchen and two bathrooms. There are 3 other roommates aged between aged 21 years old.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and it has an elevator.
The apartment is located in Schöneberg, in a very good spot regarding public transportation. The bus (M43, 106, 204) and S Bahn (S1) station Julius Leber Brücke is 1 minute away and the Metro station Kleistpark (U7) is 600m away.
Schöneberg is one of the friendliest districts in Berlin. Very cozy, a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars (Akazienstraße for example, 5 minutes away).
For groceries there is a small Edeka directly under the apartment. If a bigger supermarket is necessary there is a huge supermarket called Rewe 5 minutes away, next to drug stores (Rossmann, DM), hair dresser and much more on Hauptstraße.
2 bakeries within 1 min walk.
The WG consists of three people at the moment. A young couple and one other guy aged 21 years. We all work but have different time schedules so there will often be someone at home but we are rarely all at home at the same time, except for the weekends.
During the week the atmosphere is calm and we like to keep it rather quiet after 10pm since some of us have to get up really early.
We don’t really have a type of person we’re searching, everybody is welcome!
No special requirements are necessary to stay with us. In general, of course, to have respect for other roommates and not to be too loud in the evening hours. You can contact me by phone, just call during the day if you are interested.
I can be reached from 10 AM to 9 PM.
