Ich vermiete ein schönes sonniges möbliertes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung für ein Jahr. Gerne auch nur fur einen kürzeren Zeitraum. Eine Verlängerung ist unter Umständen möglich. In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt dein Mitbewohner Antonios, der Mikrobiologie studiert hat.
Das Zimmer ist recht groß und voll möbliert. Auf Wunsch kannst Du auch Bettzeug und Handtücher etc nutzen. Das Zimmer geht nach Süden raus hat ein großes Fenster und einen eigenen Balkonzugang. Ich würde mein Zimmer als gemütlich beschreiben, aber guck es Dir am besten einmal an :)
In der Küche findest Du alles, was du brauchst - Waschmaschine, Tisch und Stühle, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Geschirr, Töpfe usw usw....
Alles in der Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber.
Alle Nebenkosten sind in der Miete enthalten (Internet, Strom etc). Allein die Rundfunkgebühr müsstest du dir mit Antonios teilen - das sind ca 9euro.
english version: I'm subletting a nice furnished room in my apartment in Friedrichshain for a year. Your only roommate is Antonios who is a microbiologist. you would share the kitchen and the bathroom with him. You might also stay for a shorter or longer period. The room is quite spacious. you'll have a bed, a sofa, a desk etc etc. Sheets and towels are included, if needed. All costs are included - if you do the registration you would only have to share the tv and Radio tax with Antonios (what would be appr. 9 euro)
I think my room is quite cozy but feel free to come by and check it for yourself :)
Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist sehr schön. Am Petersburger Platz und drum herum gibt es immer mehr schöne Cafes. Wer partywütig ist: Die Wohnung liegt auf der Grenze von Mitte, Prenzlberg und Fhain... man kommt schnell überall hin^^. Unten im Haus ist ein Nettomarkt und in der näheren Umgebungen auch noch weitere Supermärkte. Nicht vergessen möchte ich, dass die Wohnung fast unmittelbar am Volkspark Friedrichshain mit all seinen Freizeitangeboten liegt. Wenn Parks und joggen nicht so Euers sind, könnt ihr auch zum Schwimmbad an der S Landsberger Allee spazieren. Und wenn Ihr Euch gar nicht bewegen wollt, ist um die Ecke das Programmkino Tilsiter Lichtspiele.^^
Antonios ist ein sehr sympathischer und höflicher Mensch - lern ihn einfach kennen :)
