The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Due to the fact that it is a corner apartment with a south and west side, it is sun-drenched all day and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset. Thanks to the loft bed with a 140cm wide mattress, your room offers a lot of space, so that the room is suitable for working as well as a retreat. In addition, with the large living room and kitchen, we have other beautiful lounges. Since I moved into the apartment 2 months ago its still a little empty.
El apartamento está en el 2do piso. Debido a que es un apartamento de esquina con un lado sur y oeste, está bañado por el sol todo el día y por la noche se puede disfrutar de la puesta de sol. Gracias a la cama alta con un colchón de 140 cm de ancho, su habitación ofrece mucho espacio, por lo que la habitación es adecuada tanto para trabajar como para descansar. Además, con el gran salón y la cocina, tenemos otros bonitos salones. Desde que me mudé al apartamento hace 2 meses todavía está un poco vacío.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2ten Stock. Dadurch dass es eine Eckwohnung ist mit einer Süd- und Westseite den ganzen tag sonnendurchflutet und abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Dein Zimmer bietet dank dem Hochbett mit einer 140cm breiten Matraze relativ viel Platz, sodass sich das Zimmer sowohl zum Arbeiten als auch als Rückzugsort eignet. Zudem haben wir mit dem großen Wohnzimmer und Küche weitere schöne Aufenthaltsräume. Da ich vor 2 Monaten in die Wohnung eingezogen bin, ist sie immer noch etwas leer.

The apartment is located in a quiet area. Various supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, parks and Spätis can be reached within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is well connected to public transport. A 2-minute walk takes you to the M2 tram in the direction of Alexanderplatz and an 8-minute walk to the Ringbahn Prenzlauer Allee.
El apartamento está en una zona tranquila. A 5 minutos a pie se encuentran varios supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, parques y tiendas nocturnas. El apartamento está bien comunicado con el transporte público. Un paseo de 2 minutos te lleva al tranvía M2 en dirección a Alexanderplatz y un paseo de 8 minutos a Ringbahn Prenzlauer Allee.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Verschiedene Supermärkte, Apotheken, Restaurants, Parks und Spätis sind innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung is gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen. In 2 Gehminuten ist man bei der Tram M2 richtung Alexanderplatz und in 8 Gehminuten an der Ringbahn Prenzlauer Allee.

After studying and working in Mexico for the past two years, I was drawn back to my hometown of Berlin. Currently I am looking for a job.
I'm an extrovert and cheerful person. I enjoy Berlin's nightlife from time to time, but I also like going to bars or spending a relaxing weekend at one of the beautiful lakes around Berlin or at our gorgeous apartment!;)
I wish for a friendly and relaxed life together. I would be happy if we cook together from time to time, spend the day together or go out together.
Después de estudiar y trabajar en México durante los últimos dos años, volví a mi ciudad natal de Berlín. Donde estoy buscando trabajo actualmente.
Soy una persona extrovertida y alegre. Disfruto de la vida nocturna de Berlín de vez en cuando, pero también me gusta ir a bares o pasar un fin de semana relajante en uno de los hermosos lagos de Berlín o en nuestro hermoso apartamento!;)
Deseo una vida amistosa y relajada juntos. Sería feliz si cocinamos juntos de vez en cuando, pasamos el día juntos o salimos juntos.
Nachdem ich die letzten zwei Jahre in Mexiko studiert und gearbeitet habe, hat es mich zurück in meine Heimatstadt Berlin gezogen. Derzeit bin ich auf der Suche nach einem Job.
Ich bin ein extrovertierter und fröhlicher Mensch. Ich genieße ab und zu das Berliner Nachtleben, gehe aber auch gerne in Bars oder verbringe ein entspanntes Wochenende an einem der schönen Seen rund um Berlin oder in unserer wunderschönen Wohnung!;)
Ich wünsche mir ein freundschaftliches und entspanntes Zusammenleben. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir ab und zu gemeinsam kochen, gemeinsam den Tag verbringen oder gemeinsam ausgehen.
