da ich für den September beruflich verreise möchte ich gerne mein schönes Zimmer in Wedding untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und auch die Wohnung hat alles was man so für einen Monat benötigt.
Du würdest zusammen mit meiner sehr lieben Mitbewohnerin wohnen, die derzeit ein Ausbildung zur Ergotherapeutin macht.
Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 740 €.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U Seestraße und damit bist du super gut angebunden und ganz schnell in der Mitte der Stadt. Auch die Ringbahn ist in der Nähe.
Lebensmittelläden sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke und der schöne Sprengelkiez ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt :)
Wir haben ein sehr entspanntes Zusammenleben. Rücksichtnahme ist uns wichtig und auch die Kommunikation von Bedürfnissen.

Since I'm going on a trip in September, I'd like to sublet my beautiful room in Wedding.
The room is fully furnished and the apartment has everything you need for a month.
You would live with my very dear roommate, currently studying to be a therapist.
The apartment is located directly on U Seestraße, so you are super well connected and very quickly in the middle of the city. The Ringbahn is also nearby.
Grocery stores are also right around the corner and the beautiful Sprengelkiez is just a stone's throw away :)
We have a very relaxed life together. Consideration is important to us, as is communicating needs.
The rent for the whole time is 740 €.
