Offering a bright and fully furnished room in my flat in Moabit for your stay in Berlin

The room is facing the street and gets lots of Sunlight (if available). I refurnished the living room a bit so we have another space to work at and hang out.
The room is furnished with a double-sized bed, drawer, shelves, desk and etc.
We have also a nice shared garden with chairs and table in the back yard of the building that people gather sometimes.
The flat is 6 mins walk to Beusselstrasse Sbahn and 2 mins to the Bus station. It is located in the residential and multicultural area. In 5 mins you get to Turmstrasse, and there is 3 Supermarkets, many Turkish grocery shops, and a wide range of restaurant, from Vietnamese to Italian pizzeria and Middle Eastern restaurant and fast foods.
What I like most personally about the location, is its closeness to "Plötzensee". With bike it takes 5-10 mins to get to the lake or 3 bus stops. It is very nice in warmer months of the year.
