1 Zimmer mit französischem Balkon in einer 2-er WG in Berlin Pankow zu vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und eingerichtet (Schlafcouch, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Lampen, Fernseher etc).
Die Wohnung selbst ist voll ausgestattet und eingerichtet, sodass es an nichts fehlt.
In der näheren Umgebung findet man viele Ärzte, Supermärkte, einen grünen Park, ein Freibad, Restaurants und den ÖPNV mit guter Anbindung direkt in die City uvm.
In der Wohnung gibt es neben deinem Zimmer noch ein anderes, in welchem deine Mitbewohnerin wohnt. Küche, Bad, Flur sind natürlich getrennt von allen beiden Zimmern.
Nun zu deiner Mitbewohnerin (ich selbst wohne für den Zeitraum (siehe unten) nicht in der WG).

Falls du nicht für den gesamten Zeitraum sondern vielleicht nur für einen Monat oder mehr ein Zimmer suchst, ist das absolut kein Problem. Das Zimmer steht generell von Oktober23-März24 frei.
In der Miete von 600€/Monat sind die Miete für das Zimmer inkl. Strom, Gas, Hausratversicherung, Internet mit inbegriffen. Es fallen keine weiteren monatlichen Kosten an. Eine Kaution i.H.v. 300€ wird bei Einzug fällig. Ein Untermietvertrag mit allen Details schließen wir beide ebenfalls ab. Dient ja nur zur beidseitigen Absicherung. :)
