I rent a furnished room with private terrace in my 3-room flat in Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte. It’s floaded with natural light, quiet and clean.
We share the bathroom and the kitchen.
The room is furnished with a queen size bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and has a private furnished terrace of 6 m2 facing West overlooking a large courtyard.
The price includes the warm rent and all bills, furniture, blankets and pillows, sheets, towels. Just come with your suitcase!
The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and a bathtub.
No pets, no overnight guests, no parties and no smoking allowed.
I’m a creative freelancer working from home and i’m looking for respectful, clean, friendly and discreet people to share the space with in harmony.
I’m pretty busy with work and friends but I am communicative and respectful, and I value a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere at home.
If we happen to have time once in a while for a cup of tea together, that’s great, and if not, that’s great too.
