du bist PendlerIn, regelmäßig in Berlin (mindestens 8 Nächte pro Monat) und suchst für die Zeit ein Zuhause? Dann melde dich gerne! Ich habe eine schöne renovierte 2-Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung und würde ein Zimmer gerne ein paar Tage im Monat unter der Woche an dich vermieten (nicht am Wochenende). Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, ist ca. 20qm groß und ist u.a. mit einem Sofa mit integriertem Bett ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer, die Wohnung und ich als deine Mitbewohnerin sind ruhig und freundlich :)
Miete ist 40€ pro Tag (inkl. allem, ohne weitere Zusatzkosten). Bitte keine Anfragen für einmalige Übernachtungen - ich suche jemanden, der regelmäßig in Berlin ist.

I have a nice renovated 2-room apartment and would like to rent out one room to you a few days a month during the week (not on weekends). The room has a balcony, is about 20sqm big and has a sofa with an integrated bed.
The room, the apartment, and me as your roommate are quiet and friendly :)
The rent is 40€/day (no additional costs). Please no requests for one-off overnight stays - I am looking for someone who is regularly in Berlin.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß braucht man nur zwei Minuten zur Tram M10 Straßmannstr. Ein Rewe und der Volkspark Friedrichshain befindet sich in direkter Umgebung.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street. The public transport connection is very good. On foot, you need only two minutes to the M10 Straßmannstr. A Rewe supermarket and the Volkspark Friedrichshain are very close by.
