I would like to offer you my shared room for the month of December.
I am Stefan, 30 years old and a student. I will probably be traveling quite a bit in December and therefore won't be in Berlin often.
In my free time I like to make electronic music with my synthesizers. I use headphones to make music, so you don't have to worry about the volume. I would be happy if you shared my greatest hobby with me in some way.
Since I come from the catering industry (and am vegan), I really enjoy cooking. I also exercise regulary.
You will have additional storage room in a shelf in our floor so you can use your space for other stuff.
In the last few years I did buy a new washing machine and a dishwasher. You also will have your own refrigerator. Having a clean apartment is very important to me and I'm happy if you feel the same way.
It's also important to mention that my cat Kleo lives with us, but you don't have to worry about her in any way. However, she will definitely be happy if you also have a heart for animals.

Hey!
Ich möchte dir hier mein WG Zimmer für den Monat Dezember anbieten.
Ich bin Stefan, 30 Jahre alt und Student. Im Dezember werde ich wahrscheinlich relativ viel unterwegs und somit nicht oft in Berlin sein.
Ich mache in meiner Freizeit gerne elektronische Musik mit meinen Synthesizern. Zum Musik machen benutze ich Kopfhörer und du musst dir somit keine Sorgen um die Lautstärke machen. Ich freue mich, wenn du mein größtes Hobby in irgendeiner Form mit mir teilst.
Da ich aus der Gastronomie komme (und vegan bin), koche ich sehr gerne. Außerdem treibe ich viel Tag Sport.
Im Flur habt hast du Möglichkeit einen Wandschrank, beispielsweise für deine Klamotten zu nutzen, wodurch do so mehr Platz in deinem Zimmer hast.
Ich habe die Wohnung in den letzen Jahren um eine neue Waschmaschiene und eine neue Spühlmaschine bereichert. Du wirst auch deinen eigenen Kühlschrank haben.
Mir ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig und ich freue mich wenn es dir genau so geht.
Wichtig zu erwähnen ist noch, dass meine meine Katze Kleo mit uns wohnt, um die du dich jedoch in keiner Form kümmern musst. Sie freut sich jedoch sicher, wenn du auch ein Herz für Tiere hast.
