Hey everybody,
We are looking for a short term subletter for our beautiful spacious third room from January until end of march.
The room is about 20sqm big and fully furnished.
There is a beautiful light parquet flooring and high ceilings, typically refurbished Berlin Altbau.
It is stylish and put together with care. It is equipped with a 160x200m bed, a desk +chair, big shelfs, and a closet system, a couch and multipe big plants. The room is brighg and welcoming.
You will be very well connected just 2 minutes from U Kottbusser Tor.
You eill be living with two women sharing the kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
We are both quite busy and have vibrant lives but the apartment space is very sacret to us. We like to keep the house VERY clean and organized as well as harmounious and peaceful. I persobally put a lot of love and care into my home where i can decompress from busy days.
It is crucial you are familiar with and interested in keeping a clean and respectful living space.
I am looking forward to meeting you online or in person to see if we want tibsharea living soace tigether for a few months.
