Ich bin Sylvester (20) aus dem wunderschönen Köln und wohne seit knapp 1,5 jahren in dieser Wohnung. Da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin vermutlich Mitte Februar auszieht, suche ich eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Zum Zusammenleben:
Ich bin eine ordentliche Person also wäre es mir wichtig, dass beiden Parteien ein ähnliches Interesse an Sauberkeit haben. Sonst mag ich es sehr gerne auch mal gemeinsam was zu unternehmen: sei es kochen oder einen entspannten Nachmittag in schönen Körnerpark um die Ecke :)
Es gibt eine etwas besondere Mietsituation hier in der Wohnung, (keine Angst nichts komisches, es geht nur um die Zukunftspläne von der Vermieterin :)) die ich dir bei einem eventuellen Treffen gerne näher erklären würde.
Rauchen in der Wohnung ist am offenen Küchenfenster möglich, wobei ich selbst nicht rauche.
Die Möbel auf den Fotos kommen bis auf den schreibtisch, den stuhl und den schwarzen schrank links vom Fenster alle noch raus, die schwarze Komode kann eventuell abgekauft werden.
Zu mir (eurem eventuellen Mitbewohner):
Ich studiere aktuell an der Humboldt Uni und würde mich generell als gesellige und offene Person beschreiben. Ich mach gerne sport oder unternehme Dinge also würde ich mich auch über jemanden freuen, der eventuell ähnliche Interessen teilt.
Ach ja und ich bin vegetarisch aber mir ist egal was ihr esst.

I'm Sylvester (20) from the beautiful city of Cologne, living in this apartment for about 1.5 years. Since my current flatmate is likely moving out in mid-February, I'm looking for a new one.
About living together:
I'm a tidy person, so it's important to me that both parties share a similar interest in cleanliness. I also enjoy doing things together, whether it's cooking or spending a relaxed afternoon in the lovely Körnerpark nearby :)
There's a somewhat unique rental situation here in the apartment (don't worry, nothing strange, just the landlord's future plans :)), which I'd be happy to explain in more detail during a potential meeting.
Smoking is allowed in the apartment at the open kitchen window, though I don't smoke myself.
The furniture in the photos, except for the desk, chair, and the black cabinet to the left of the window, will be removed. The black cupboard might be available for purchase.

I'm currently studying at Humboldt University and would describe myself as a sociable and open person. I enjoy sports and various activities, so I'd be pleased to have someone with similar interests.
And I‘m also a vegetarian, but I don’t really mind any sort of diet for my flatmate.
