Vermietet wird ein WG Zimmer zur Untermiete. Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet, es gibt eine Schlafcouch. Ansonsten müsste ein Bett noch mitgebracht werden. Das zimmer hat ca. 15m2, eher noch ein bisschen mehr.

We rent out one room in out shared flat for three months. The room is fully furnished, there is a sofa bed. Otherwise a bed would have to be brought along. The room has about 15m2, rather a little more.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe vom von Rathaus Schöneberg. In der Nähe ist direkt die Ringbahn, u-bahn und verschiedene Busse :)

The apartment is close to the Rathaus Schöneberg. Nearby is the Ringbahn, subway and various buses :)
Die WG besteht aus Matthieu und mir (Julian), sowie ab märz noch Francesco. Matthieu und ich wohnen als Pärchen in der WG und Franceso zieht für seinen phd ab März nach Berlin.
Wir würden uns über ein entspanntes miteinander freuen. Wir gehen am Wochenende gerne mal Feiern, sind ansonsten aber eher entspannt unterwegs und haben es nach Feierabend auch gerne ruhig, wobei nichts gegen ein Feierabendbier ab und an spricht.

The flat share consists of Matthieu and me (Julian), plus Francesco from March. Matthieu and I live in the shared flat as a couple and Franceso is moving to Berlin for his PhD in March.
We would be happy to live together in a relaxed atmosphere. We like to go out partying at the weekend, but are otherwise rather relaxed and like to have a quiet time after work, although nothing speaks against an after-work beer every now and then.
