Das Zimmer ist mit 10qm2 klein aber gemütlich. Schrank, Schreibtisch und Bett und viele Pflanzen, um die sich gekümmert werden muss und das wars auch schon. Man kann aber auch gut Zeit im Wohnzimmer verbringen und wird dabei vielleicht auf einen meiner MitbewohnerInnen treffen und sich verquatschen und sich für den Flohmarkt verabreden, auf ein Bier oder sonstige Aktivitäten in unserer Gegend.
The room is small but cozy. It contains a Wardrobe, Desk and Bed and many plants which need to be taken care of. You can also spend some time in our big lovely livingroom and will probably meet some of my roomates. They will talk you into joining to visit the fleamarket, grab some beers or other activities. If you want of course.
Die Lage ist mega, direkt an der Simon- Dachstraße am Boxhagener Platz. Eine Tramstation M13 ist direkt vor der Tür und zur U Frankfurter Tor und S/U Warschauerstrasse sind es jeweils 12 min zu Fuß. Es sind super viele coole Bars, Spätis, Restaurants und Second-hand Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Great located, Simon- Dachstraße close to Boxhagener Platz. Tramstation M13 is right in front of the door, U Frankfurter Tor and S/U Warschauerstraße is a 12 min walk. There are so many chill Bars, Spätis, Restaurants and second-hand shops in this area.
Wir wohnen zu 6. halb Studierende, halb Berufstätige. Wir schaffen es eine Grundsauberkeit zu halten und haben daher nur halb einen Putzplan, der auch viel auf Kommunikation beruht.
Die meisten bei uns kochen gerne, also tut man das auch mal zusammen.
Wir sind sehr unternehmungslustig, aufgeschlossen und respektieren aber auch, wenn jemand von uns mal Ruhe braucht. Bevor ich viel erzähle, würd ich sagen komm einfach vorbei und alle lernen sich kennen und man schaut, ob es für alle passt!
We are 6 people living in that flat, half of us is working and half of us studying. Somehow we manage to keep our big flat clean without a proper cleaningscedule.
We love to hang out together, are open minded towards new people and respect also if someone wants to be by themselves. Before I discribe every single one of us, id propose to meet up quickly for everyone to get to know each other and just see if it matches!
Du müsstest dich um meine Pflanzen kümmern. Ausserdem hätten wir einen Stellplatz für ein Fahrrad falls du eines besitzt. Ich bin ausserdem mit dem Einzugsdatum flexibel, falls das ein Problem sein sollte, melde dich trotzdem vielleicht finden wir eine Lösung 🤗
