This is a new renovated room of 19qm with a very nice view over a big tree in the calm backyard.
It is fully new furnished:
A Loft-Bed with a new mattress of 1,4m that suits up to two people.
Also a wardrobe below the loft bed, design office chair, electrical adjustable working desk, lamp, really everything is there! A new cosy sofa with another sleeping place for guests is in place.
The high ceiling of 3m with an original brick wall ensures a nice atmosphere.
The new windows are triple glazed. This is temperature insulating and you don't hear any noise from outside.
