Du bist ordentlich, ruhig (bitte keine Partys), kommunikativ, verantwortungsvoll, gelassen, kompromissbereit, mit stabilem Einkommen, ehrlich und geduldig? Dann bist Du genau richtig!!

Ich gehe für ein Praktikum für sechs Monate ins Ausland und biete für diese Zeit mein Zimmer an.

Das Zimmer in einer Zweiraum-WG. Alles notwendige ist da. Die Küche wird von ca. 6 Leuten/2 anderen WGs aktiv benutzt. Es wird wöchentlich einmalig von einer Putzkraft gereinigt. Man kann kein Geschirr oder sonstiges stehen lassen und muss jedes Mal abwaschen. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es nicht.

Wenn du öfter was mit deinen Mitbewohnern was unternehmen willst, oft Freunde bei dir hast und leidenschaftlich kochst, ist es nichts für dich.

Wenn du aber eher ruhig und insich gekehrt, ordentlich und verantwortungsvoll bist und wenig kochst, wird das was ich anbiete ideal für dich sein.

The room in a two-room shared apartment. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is actively used by around 6 people/2 other shared apartments. It is cleaned once a week by a cleaner. You can't leave dishes or anything else standing and you have to wash up every time. There is no dishwasher.

If you often want to do things with your roommates, often have friends over and are passionate about cooking, it's not for you.

But if you are quiet and introspective, tidy and responsible and don't cook much, what I offer will be ideal for you.
