Hi ich suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin meine zieht zum kommenden Monat aus:

Hierbei handelt es sich um einen unbefristeten Vertrag. Du wirst mit dem Vermieter den Vertrag machen, Anmeldung ist möglich, Einzug zum 01.05.

Ich hatte mit meiner Mitbewohnerin ziemliche Probleme was Sauberkeit angeht deswegen hoffe ich dass du da besser dran bist :)

Verkehrstechnisch haben wir gleich in der Nähe eine Strassenbahn zur U-Bahn U5/S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee & Friedrichshain oder du läufst die einfach zu Fuß innerhalb von 11 min.

Zum Alex bist du in 20 min dort
Technische Universität innerhalb von 45 min

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: 7 min entfernt ein Netto oder direkt an Ubahn Station 2 Ringcenter mit Edeka,Aldi und Kaufland + Rossmann etc

Das Zimmer wird teilmöbeliert vergeben enthalten sind ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank mit Stehlampe
Ich denke Matratze muss selber gekauft werden (bin aber nicht mehr sicher)


Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Lilly, 20 studiere an der TU und arbeite nebenbei. Ich bin eher introvertiert und brauche oft meine Zeit alleine um meine social battery aufzuladen also nimm es bitte nicht zu persönlich, klar wird es eventuell in der Küche nen Smalltalk geben aber Uni und Arbeit saugen meine Energie schon auf🥹

Besichtigungen wird’s entweder Abends oder am Sonntag geben, schreib mir einfach wenn du interessiert bist

Hi, I'm looking for a roommate, mine is moving out next month:
This is initially a sublet until around August/September with the possibility of an extension if things work out with cleanliness etc.

This is an open-ended contract. You will sign the contract with the landlord, registration is possible, and you can move in on May first.

I had a lot of problems with my roommate when it came to cleanliness, so I hope you're better off :)

In terms of transport, we have a tram nearby to the U5 subway/S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee & Friedrichshain, or you can just walk there in 11 minutes.

You can get to Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes

Technical University within 45 minutes

Shopping options: a Netto 7 minutes away or directly at subway station 2 Ringcenter with Edeka, Aldi and Kaufland + Rossmann etc

The room is partially furnished and includes a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe with a floor lamp
I think you have to buy the mattress yourself (but I'm not sure anymore)

A little about me: I'm Lilly, 20, studying at the TU and working part-time. I'm rather introverted and often need time alone to recharge my social battery, so please don't take it too personally, of course there might be some small talk in the kitchen, but university and work are already draining my energy🥹
