Im renting the big room in my apartment from now until 31. May. It is a full furnished room, with view to the garden and very quiet. In the backyard is a garden, which you can also use if you like
I calculate 35€ per night, so we can arrange a price depending on the time you stay
The flat is located in Prenzlauer Berg and close to the center of Berlin. Next to the door is the Ringbahn and the tram so you are good connected to reach a lot of areas in a short time.
It is surrounded by supermarkets like Edeka, Aldi, Alnatura and drugstores like d&m and Rossmann. Also close a pharmacy, a bank and a post center.
Close parks and lakes is Weißensee and Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg, Volkspark Friedrichshain, Mauerpark.
You will share the apartment with me, but I am from early morning until evening at the university, so you will meet my only in the evenings sometimes.
I am a freelancer violin teacher, so two days in the week I am teaching my students at home. But the apartment is very quiet as I wrote in the headline, so with closed doors you won't recognise too much (that's what my roommates always gave me as feedback!)
I am a very open and calm person, I'd love to get to know you and have good talks in the kitchen. Whenever you are up for some time by yourself - the space is yours.
