In our cozy, bright, healthy 4 rooms (3private, 1shared living room) in Birkenstr. there will be a private bedroom available for rent from the 1st of June 2024.
Besides your private room, 50% of the apartment size is shared arias for all of us contained of:
- a big terrace/wintergarten with 6hours of daily morning sun and many plants
-a big living/activity room with a big screen and sound systm, sports and training equipments, books, board games, Nintendo, yoga hammock/swing
- a fully equipped kitchen, with a big dining table/working desk.
- a bathroom with a bathtub
We keep good warm vibes at home and we communicate openly and enjoy each other company meanwhile respect each others private spaces and needs. So if you feel more comfortable living in a Zweck-WG then this place is absolutely not suitable for you.
We do all types of different activities when everyone’s time fits and we enjoy the use of the shared rooms and we have frinds over but with full responsibility for the others and the neigbours comfort and needs. and shared spaces and frinds gathering to the maximum but with full responsibility for the others keep the apartment tidy and hygiene for others also to use and take a good care of the plants.
As a start, the room is offered for short term rent. But In case you are interested to stay longer, its also possible. But first, we have to have a test phase (1-2 months at least) before we can sign a long open end contract. In this taste-phase an Anmeldung in the address will NOT yet be possible. So if you in an urgent and immediate need for an Anmeldung, then this offer is not suitable for you.
Keeping the shared arias (kitchen,terrace, bathroom) untraceably clean after each use is fundamental to live in this flat. We are easy going and tolerant to the max but when it come to hygiene standards, we are definitely above average, so if you not naturally like us, cant stand mess or dirt, then save yourself and us the hassle as this pkace is impossible to fit with you.
