Das Zimmer ist geräumig, schön hell, wenn die Balkontür zu ist, hört man die Straße nur wenig. Dazu ist natürlich die gemeinsame Benutzung des Wohnzimmers erwünscht. Das Wohnzimmer ist möbliert, das Zimmer nicht. Es gibt einen Keller, der ein bisschen feucht ist.
Beim Balkon wird der Boden noch gemacht, im März, das Zimmer ist frisch gestrichen.

The roomis spacious, there’s enough light, if the balcony door is closed, you can’t really hear the cars on the street much.
Additionally there is a living room for shared use. The living room has furniture, the room is without.
The balcony floor will be fixed in March, the room is recently painted.
Pankow-Niederschönhausen ist natürlich etwas ruhiger, ein 15-minütiger Spaziergang bringt einen jedoch zum Pankower U & S-Bahnhof. Auch die Wollankstraße ist nicht weit. Direkt vor der Tür hält ein Bus.
Der Schlosspark Pankow, die Schönholzer, Heide, und nördlich der botanische Garten Pankow sind zu jeder Jahreszeit sehr verlockende, naturnahe Ziele. Die Nachbarschaft ist total nett und hilfsbereit.
Pankow-Niederschönhausen is naturally a little more quiet, a 15 minute walk takes you to Pankow station though. Also S Wollankstr. is rather close and there is a bus stop right next to the house.
The Schlosspark Pankow, the Schönholzer, Heide, and the botanical garden Pankow in the north are tempting destinations. All the neighbors I have met are really cool and nice and helpful neighbors.
Ich fänd es voll schön ab und zu was zusammen zu machen, einen Film zu schauen oder zu kochen. Für mich ist es eine Frage der Barrierefreiheit, dass die Wohnung glutenfrei bleibt. Ich bin keine Anhängerin von irgendwelchen Schwurbel-Theorien, ich habe eine Krankheit, die nichts verzeiht. Wenn Du zum Beispiel eine ähnliche Diagnose hast, könnte diese Wohnung ein in diesem Punkt barrierefreier Rückzugsort sein.
Die Hündin ist alt, ruhig, vorsichtig und wirklich richtig lieb. Das sagen viele über ihre Hunde, aber diese Hündin ist wirklich ein Schatz.
I would love to hang out sometimes, if there’s time, watch a movie together or cook something. For me, it is a question of accessibility to have a gluten-free apartment. I do not believe in some sort of a conspiracy theory, it is a disease that I have, which is unforgiving. If you happen to have a similar condition, this could be a refuge.
The dog is old, quiet, cautious, and really kind. A lot of people say that about their dogs, but she is truly a darling.
