I am subletting my furnished apartment from the first of April (with potential for earlier move-in). The apartment features two rooms:
Larger Room: 640 EUR/month (all costs included), with a bright, spacious view of a small park and a quiet setting.
Smaller Room: 580 EUR/month (all costs included), also bright with a view of a large, peaceful backyard.
The dates are flexible. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, and its central location offers both convenience and tranquility—facing a backyard on one side and a small park on the other.
All utilities (heating, hot water, electricity, internet, GEZ) are included in the rental price.

ich biete meine möblierte Wohnung zur Untermiete ab dem 01.April an (ein früherer Einzug, z.B. ab dem 21.03. ist ebenfalls möglich). Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer:
Größeres Zimmer: 640 EUR/Monat (alles inklusive), mit hellem, großzügigem Blick auf einen kleinen Park und in ruhiger Lage.
Kleines Zimmer: 580 EUR/Monat (alles inklusive), ebenfalls hell und mit Blick auf einen großen, ruhigen Hinterhof.
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 2 Monate. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und liegt zentral, bietet jedoch dank Blick auf einen Hinterhof und einen kleinen Park eine besonders ruhige Atmosphäre.
Alle Nebenkosten (Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom, Internet, GEZ) sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
