Ello: Wir suchen eher eine Frau weil das Stockwerk FLINTA angepasst ist auf dem du leben wuerdest :)
Ich bin bis Anfang Juni am reisen und vermiete mein kleines aber feines Zimmerchen in der Zeit an eine Person. Die WG besteht aus einem großen Familienhaus mit 4 Etagen (insgesammt 10 Menschen), mit vielen Zimmern, Badezimmern, einer großen Küche und einem wundervollen Garten, der eine gemütliche Feuerstelle hat. Wir sind alle sehr sympathisch und achtsam und erwarten von dir das gleiche :) Jede Woche gibt es ein Plenum, und wir haben auch einen sehr genialen Putzplan, in den du dich eintragen darfst. Wen du mit Themen wie respektvolle Kommunikation, Achtsamkeit, und Community, gut zurechtkommst, dann freue ich mich, von dir zu hören.
Zusaetlich ist dies ein Ort wo alle Menschen gleich behandelt werden, das heisst LGBT+, verschiedene Religionen und Herkunfstorte sind alle wilkommen, und sollte bei dir auch so sein ~

Voy a ir de viaje y voy a estar sublezando mi habitación durante dos meses. Es muy pequeño pero acogedor, y si usted está fuera mucho para estudios o trabajo, entonces no es un problema :) Tenemos una cocina grande y un jardín, y todos juntos somos 12 personas. Cada semana hay un plenum para discutir los temas actuales y hacer planes juntos para mejoras. Es una casa muy grande y gente maravillosa viviendo allí. Todos somos respetuosos del espacio, la privacidad y los límites del otro, y esperamos que sigas las mismas reglas, así como ser parte del plan de limpieza.
Si no tienes miedo de conocer a un grupo maravilloso de personas y eres bueno en comunicar tus deseos y necesidades + escuchar a otros ~ entonces sería un placer escuchar de ti :D

I am going on a trip and will be subletting my room for two months. It's very small but cozy, and if you are outside a lot for studies or work, then it's not a problem :) We have a big kitchen and a garden, and all together we are 12 people. Every week there is a plenum to discuss the current themes and make plans together for improvements. It's a very big house and wonderful people living there. We all are respectful of each other's space, privacy, and boundaries, and expect you to follow the same rules, as well as be part of the cleaning plan.
If you're not afraid of meeting a wonderful group of people and are good at communicating your wants and needs + listening to others ~ then it would be my pleasure to hear from you :D

Buena ubicación en un barrio relajante. Muy cerca de parques naturales, y buenos autobuses, tranvías y conexiones de sbahn ( Bus 250, M50, S2, S8 )
Tenemos un Obi, Aldi, Edeka y Rewe todos menos de 10 minutos caminando

Nice location in a relaxing neighborhood. Very close to natural parks, and good buss, tram, and sbahn connections ( Bus 250, M50, S2, S8 )
We have a Obi, Aldi, Edeka, and Rewe all under 10 minutes walking
Wir reden sehr defen miteinander, was bedeutet, dass Bedürfnisse klar kommuniziert werden. Von 11-11 ist Ruhezeit, d.h. dass wir dann auch leise in allen Flurrauemen und in der Küche sind. Es gibt einen Plan zum gemeinsamen Essen, wo man sich eintragen kann wenn man fuer alle kochen möchte, und generell ist ab und zu mal ein bisschen plaudern in der Küche angesagt. Ansonsten ist es eine relativ ruhige WG, wo jeder seinen Raum haben kann und auch en Ruhe gelassen wird :)

Lo importante es que puedas comunicarte y poder leer un poco a otras personas. Como ser capaz de decir si una persona está en un humor hablador o no, la inteligencia social básica, y la empatía son un gran plus.. así como ser LGBT :)
Aparte de eso es un WG muy relajado donde puedes venir y ir como quieras.
11 PM - 11 AM es el tiempo silencioso donde la música alta o ser fuerte en los pasillos es un no ir..
También esto no es un GT de fiesta... así que no es mejor para la gente que hace drogas o sólo viene aquí para ir a clubes Lol
Wir reden sehr offen miteinander, was bedeutet, dass Bedürfnisse klar kommuniziert werden. Von 11-11 ist Ruhezeit, d.h. dass wir dann auch leise in allen Flurrauemen und in der Küche sind. Es gibt einen Plan zum gemeinsamen Essen, wo man sich eintragen kann wenn man fuer alle kochen möchte, und generell ist ab und zu mal ein bisschen plaudern in der Küche angesagt. Ansonsten ist es eine relativ ruhige WG, wo jeder seinen Raum haben kann und auch in Ruhe gelassen wird :)

What's important is that you are able to communicate, and able to read other people a bit. Like being able to tell if a person is in a talkative mood or not, basic social intelligence, and empathy are a big plus.. as well as being LGBT friendly :)
Other than that it's a very relaxed WG where you can come and go as you please.
11 PM - 11 AM is the quiet time where loud music or being loud in the hallways is a no go..
Also this is not a party WG... so not best for people doing drugs or just coming here to go to clubs lol
