Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, eine Kommode und ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, sowie einer Pflanze. Ich habe das Zimmer komplett für die nächste untermieterin ausgeräumt, sodass alle Klamotten in der Komode verstaut werden können :). Gerne kann auch in der Zeit weitere Möbel in das Zimmer reingestellt werden usw.
Alles weitere kann bei einem gemeinsamen Telefongespräch vereinbart werden :)
Die Wohnung ist 5 min. von der U Bahn Station Kaiserdamm entfernt (U2) und 10 min von der S bahn Station Messe ICC. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch 10 min Fußweg.
Du wirst mit Anton (21) und Paul (23) zusammenleben, welche sehr herzliche Brüder sind. Beide studieren derzeit, sodass die WG ideal als Studenten WG geeignet ist. Mit beiden Jungs ist es sehr entspannt zu leben und gegenseitiger Respekt, Priatsphäre und lustige Gespäche in der Küche sind garantiert :)
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche und ein Badezimmer (inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner)
Die Warmmiete beträgt 500 Euro im Monat.
Da ich derzeit ein Aulandspraktikum steht das Zimmer zur Untermiete zur Verfügung von 1.4.2025-1.6.2025.
Gesucht wird ein Mädchen, um die Jungs WG etwas auszugleichen, zwischen 19 und 24 Jahren :)
