Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin für unsere WG. Diese befindet sich in einem neu sanierten 3-Familienhaus mit 1 Etage, auf 3-Seitenhof mit Autostellplätzen und abschließbarem Fahrradraum. Die WG hat im EG und im OG gesamt 11 Wohnräume von 10 bis 18 m², 3 Duschbäder, und eine Einbauküche mit allen Geräten und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Die WG ist in ein sogenanntes Loft eingebaut, das heißt die Küche und der Aufenthaltsbereich haben 6m Deckenhöhe. Der Industriecharakter wurde weitestgehend erhalten
Der Hof befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in grüner Umgebung. Zwischenmiete ab 6 Monaten möglich.
We do have a room available in our shared appartement loft in your desired time period. The apartment is located in Berlin Pankow, Angerweg 52 13158 Berlin. It is a fresh renovated 2 floor building, facing an inner yard on one side, and a garden on the other side. The apartment is built as a loft, hence you have an huge open Kitchen and community room with a ceiling height of 6 meters. It is a former industry building and we tried to keep the original charme, combined with modern living style.
The apartment has 11 bedrooms between 10 and 18 qm, 3 bathrooms and one kitchen, including all kitchen appliances, washing machine etc.
The neighborhood is very green and relaxed. All rooms have the windows towards the yard or the garden, so there is no traffic noise whatsoever. Neighbor-wise, the inner-yard is surrounded by 5 shared apartments with 23 people in total, aged between 22 and 35. Especially in summer-time, we enjoy a barbecue in the yard or simply sit together and enjoy the weather. So there is always someone to chat - if you want to ;-).
In terms of location: we have a shopping center that you can reach in 2 mins by foot, including super-markets, a bakery, a pharmacy etc. The next Tram Station (M1 line) is only 1 minute away by foot and connects to S+U station Pankow, as well as going directly to Friedrichstr, Hackescher Markt etc. In addition, you can reach S station Wilhelmsruh in 10 minutes by foot and have Bus 155 + Nightbus 53 right across the street. Furthermore, there is more than enough parking available for you own car.
The rent is including all costs (Electricity, Highspeed Internet, Cleaning Service, bedding service).

Einkaufszentrum fußläufig mit Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke usw., Haltestelle Tram (M1) nur eine Minute entfernt mit Anschluss an U + S-Bahnhof Pankow (von dort in ca. 30 Min bis Hackescher Markt, 35 Min Friedrichstr., 40 Min bis Zoo), S-Bahnhof Wilhelmsruh 10 Minuten zu Fuß, oder Busanbindung 155 + N53, ruhige Seitenstraße, gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
Im Sommer sitzen wir gern auf dem Hof trinken Kaffee, reden, lachen und grillen. Insgesamt befinden sich hier 5 WG's mit 23 jungen Leuten (19 bis Mitte dreißig). Da gibt es immer jemanden, mit dem man etwas unternehmen kann.
Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin, die Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen legt und Verständnis hat, wenn jemand auch mal seine Ruhe braucht.
In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten inklusive Strom und Internet enthalten.
