Una habitación está disponible en nuestro GT. El apartamento es grande ( solía ser dos apartamentos que se han unido juntos) y tiene dos baños, dos balcones y seis dormitorios de tamaño que varían entre 10 y 16 m2.
Todas las habitaciones están completamente amuebladas (incluyendo sábanas, almohadas, toallas, etc.) y todas tienen un lado entero cubierto por ventanas, haciendo las habitaciones muy brillantes, perfectas para Berlín.
Todo el apartamento fue completamente renovado hace unos años. Es hermoso y moderno. Tiene Internet cableado en cada habitación, un gran proyector, un smartlock (puede abrir la puerta usando su móvil además de las llaves), un lavavajillas, una gran cocina abierta a un salón, etc.

A room is becoming available in our WG. The apartment is large (it used to be two apartments that have been joined together) and it has two bathrooms, two balconies and six bedrooms of size varying between 10 and 16 m².
Every room is fully furnished (including bedsheets, pillows, towels etc) and they all have got one whole side covered by windows, making the rooms very bright, perfect for Berlin.
The whole apartment was fully renovated few years ago. It's beautiful and modern. It has wired Internet in every room, a huge projector, a smartlock (you can open the door using your mobile besides the keys), a dishwasher, a large kitchen open to a living room etc.

La ubicación es perfecta: muy cerca de Checkpoint Charlie; en la frontera entre Kreuzberg y Mitte; bastante en el centro geométrico del anillo. Cerca de 4 diferentes líneas U-Bahn (5 minutos a U6 Kochstrasse/Checkpoint Charlie, 10 minutos a U1+U3+U6 Hallesches Tor, U2 Spittelmarkt, U8 Moritz Platz) y muy cerca de varios autobuses que conducen a cualquier lugar. A 30 minutos a pie de Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, Kotti, Bergmannkiez y la Isla del Museo.
La zona es muy segura, limpia y bien cuidada. Se sirve por un montón de tiendas de cualquier tipo: restaurantes, bares, farmacias, supermercados, peluqueros... ¡nombre! Cerca del apartamento hay un montón de áreas públicas (parques pequeños, pistas deportivas, parques infantiles), con bonitas fuentes, conejos y ardillas.
...Sólo mira la dirección en Google Maps: estamos bastante en el centro del anillo SBahn, a poca distancia de todo, en una zona verde y tranquila rodeada de historia, cultura, arte y vida nocturna.
The location is perfect: very close to Checkpoint Charlie; on the border between Kreuzberg and Mitte; pretty much on the geometrical center of the ring. Close to 4 different U-Bahn lines (5 minutes to U6 Kochstrasse/Checkpoint Charlie, 10 minutes to U1+U3+U6 Hallesches Tor, U2 Spittelmarkt, U8 Moritz Platz) and very close to several buses leading anywhere. 30 minutes by foot to Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, Kotti, Bergmannkiez and the Museum Island.
The area is very safe, clean and well kept. It's served by tons of shops of any kind: restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, hairdressers... you name it! Close to the apartment there are lots of public areas (small parks, sport courts, playgrounds), with nice fountains and rabbits and squirrels.
...Just look up the address on Google Maps: we're pretty much in the very center of the SBahn Ring, at walking distance from everything, in a green and calm area surrounded by history, culture, art and nightlife.

La atmósfera en el piso es muy agradable. Todos somos amistosos (o incluso amigos) entre nosotros y disfrutamos de compartir el apartamento. No tenemos fiestas ni una intensa vida de GT, pero disfrutamos de charlas casuales e intentamos tener una cena de GT y ver una película en el proyector cada semana o dos.
Todos tenemos una vida ocupada y estamos buscando a alguien que también tiene un horario ocupado, que es limpio y responsable, pero que también es amable y feliz de socializar con sus compañeros de cuarto.

The athmosphere in the flat is really nice. We're all friendly (or even friends) with each other and enjoy to share the apartment. We don't have parties or an intense WG life, but enjoy casually chatting and try to have a WG dinner and to watch a movie on the projector every week or two.
We all have a busy life and we are looking for someone who has a busy schedule as well, who is clean and responsible, but who is also friendly and happy to socialize with their roommates.
