Wir sind ein super offenes Paar und wollen unser 4tes Zimmer im 1.OG unserer 3 Etagen Wohnung in Alt-Treptow vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert!
Die Wohnung hat ein Erdgeschoss mit Garten und Terrasse, innen ist die Küche und das Wohnzimmer.
Über die Wendeltreppe im Flur gelangt man zum Bad mit Balkon und Deinem 20qm Großen und hellen Zimmer.
Im 2.Og schlafen und chillen wir.
Wir teilen uns im die Wohnung noch mit einem Kater..
Die Lage ist perfekt Alt-Treptow ist super ruhig und in 2 Minuten bist Du im Görli oder Neukölln.
Wir suchen eine Person die unseren Raum zu schätzen weiß!
Alle 2 Wochen kommt eine Reinigungsfirma, also kein Stress!
Die Zimmer, Wohnung und Garten haben sich etwas verändert, die Fotos sind vom letzten Jahr :)
Backyard dream on 3 floors
We are a super open couple and want to provide one room of our 4 room apartment in beautiful Alt-Treptow.
Your room is on the first floor next to the cozy and sweet bathroom, which has an own balcony. Your room has 20qm, the same like ours above yours and our shared living room underneath your room.
The flat has a garden next to the living space and kitchen.the first floor (your floor) has also storage and wardrobe in the hall, where our private staircase is!
The second floor belongs to Gizem and me, which contains a guest room and another balcony as well.
Your room is furnished..
Gizem and me are a Turkish German couple and we like cool but also aware people, we can learn from each other (if there is time and space)
So you shouldn’t be boring but also not Kurt Cobain!!
We prefer vegetarians or at least no fast food kids.
If you’re allergic or intolerant to cats, sad, we have two and they need from time to time love
Included cleaning service every two weeks

Die Wohnung liegt 10 Minuten vom Görlitzer Park und 15 Minuten vom Treptower Park entfernt.
3 Minuten vom Haus fahren Busse.
You can walk 10 minutes to Görlitzer par or 15 Minutes to Treptower Park.
the bus station is 3 minutes far from here.
Ich mag entspanntes zusammenleben und mit jemanden wohnen der im Leben steht ohne langweilig zu sein!
Vegetarier sind bevorzugt :-)
I like it relaxed and cozy but you should not be boring.
Vegetarians are preferred :-)
2 Kater gibt es auch mit dazu......
