we are searching for a responsible dedicated calm and peaceful person to rent one of our rooms for 6 weeks starting on jan 31
The Bedroom which is for rent is in a gorgeous, bright and cosy apartment close to Tempelhofer Feld and in the middle of Neukölln, with view on the park and the roofs.
The flat counts with a big living room that i love to share, a balcony, a bath tub and a very well equipped comfortable homy kitchen.
It’s a non smoking apartment.
It is just in front of the Tempelhofer Feld, which is like an extended living room.

Lage
The next S-Bahn (S-Bahn Hermannstr.) ist only 200 m far and the closest U-bahn is Leinestr. (100m). There is a organic shop (Biocompany) only 500 m and Aldi (300m), and two turkish supermarkets, bakeries, nice cafes. And you just have to cross the street to get to the Tempelhofer Feld and enjoy a great walk in the nature.

There is a lot of light, in the morning the kitchen is sunny and in the afternoon your bedroom is kissed by the sun. We spend time in the living room and the kitchen, sometimes we eat and hang out together. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, from there you can also enjoy a beautiful look at the park.
