Da ich ab September ein Praktikum am Theater in Gelsenkirchen mache, möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer von September bis Juni untervermieten. (Eine etwas frühere Vermietung ab Mitte August wäre auch möglich.) Das Zimmer ist ca. 23 qm groß, hat zwei große Fenster und einen Holzdielenboden. Abgesehen von meinem Tisch (und den Stühlen), den Pflanzen und ein paar Kleinigkeiten werde ich meine Möbel in dem Zimmer lassen, d.h. Bett, Kleiderständer, Spiegel und Kommode bleiben auf jeden Fall da. Das Zimmer geht zur Straße heraus und ist daher nicht besonders leise, mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist das aber kein Problem.

Between September and June, I am renting out my spacious room in our shared appartment as I will do an internship at the theater in Gelsenkirchen during this time. (The room could also be rented slightly earlier, from mid August.) The room is approx. 23 qm large, has 2 large windows and a wooden floor. Besides my table (its the chairs), my plants and some small things, most of my furniture will stay in the room so that there will definitely be a bed, a rack for clothes, a mirror and a dresser. The windows go out to the street so that the room is a bit noise but this should not be a problem with closed windows.
Unsere WG liegt in der Nähe vom Boxhagener Platz, d.h. in der Umgebung gibt es viele Cafes, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Am Wochenende gibt es außerdem einen Markt (und einen Flohmarkt) in Laufdistanz. Generell ist der Kiez sehr lebendig und es sind immer viele junge Menschen auf der Straße unterwegs. Die Tram fährt direkt vor unserer Haustür, zu den nächsten U-Bahn (Samariter Straße) und S-Bahn Stationen (Warschauerstraße, Ostkreuz) braucht man zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten.

The appartment ist close to Boxhagener Platz at the heart of Friedrichshain so that there are many cafes, restaurants and boutiques but also grocery stores close by. On weekends there is also a market (and a flea market) around the corner. Generally, the area is very young and vivid with many people on the streets all the time. To reach the appartment you can take the tram (directly in front of the house), or U-bahn (closest station is Samariter Straße, 10 min away) or S-Bahn (Warschauerstraße or Ostkreuz, both 10 min away).
In unserer WG leben wir zu viert und du würdest mit Anna, Konstantin und Sören zusammen leben. Unter der Woche haben wir alle einen ziemlich geregelten Tagesablauf und gehen entweder unseren Jobs oder unserem Studium nach, wobei wir trotzdem abends oft und gerne zusammen Zeit verbringen, zusammen Kochen oder Eisessen gehen (an Eisdielen mangelt es in diesem Kiez nämlich auch nicht ;) ) Wir sind alle ziemlich gut miteinander befreundet und es ist uns wichtig, dass wir uns in unser WG alle zu Hause fühlen.

We share the appartment with 4 people and you would move in with Anna, Konstantin and Sören. During the week we all have quite a regular schedule and either go to work or university but we very much enjoy spending time with each other and often cook together or go out to each in the evening. We are all very good friends and it is important to us that all of us feel at home in the apartment.
