10m2 cozy room in a 3er alte bau wg looking for a new roommate from march, possibly earlier move in date, long term preferred, 410 euro includes utilitiy fees.

The flat itself is quite characteristic and old-schooled, all necessary appliances are available, we have a tiny shower and a tiny toilet separate in our flat.
It's facing our backyard so despite the vibrant environment you will still have a great space to relax and chill.
bed and mattress are available for free from our roommate who’s moving back to south america.
Falckensteinstraße, Wrangelkiez - no words needed.
That being said, with the great possibilities of entertainment around our neighborhood, we do have one motto in our flat is that we don't bring party back home where we sleep and rest our souls after busy and fun days.
We are now two guys (28 and 33) living in our flat.
One is a renewable energy engineer working in an energy company and the other is a tattoo artist resident in a studio in neukölln. Since living together for 2 years, we enjoy spending time together with occasions of dining out, catching up on life and movie nights at cinemas as we are both into films, on top of that we also have a great respect for each other's personal space.
Quiet and clean, are the two keywords that we are looking for in our new roommate.
We found that a successful wg life is built on mutual respect and consideration, it could also lead to a beautiful blossoming friendship once the foundation is set.
we wish you - our potential roommate would also bring a nice and harmonious vibe in our lifes together.
Last but not least: There will be a three month probation period to see if you can fit in our wg and if we can get along with each other. We think it’s a safety measure based on our past experiences.
