Großes helles Zimmer zur Sonnenseite (Nachmittags). Mit direktem Zugang zu Balkon. Den musst du dir aber ein bisschen mit deinen 2 Mitbewohnern teilen.
Der Balkon geht zu einem Friedhof raus, ist aber eher eine schöne große Grünfläche, Sonnenseite perfekt für die Jahreszeit.
Large and bright room with a big window front. The sun will be on that side the whole afternoon, making it a really cozy space. You have direct access to the balcone, but my roommates sometimes use it to go smoking, too. From the balcony you have a view to a cemetary, but really its more like a park.
Wir wohnen Ecke Pankow/Wedding/Prenzlauer Berg.
Die Anbindung ist ganz nett. Man läuft 5 Minuten zur S1/25/26 Wollankstraße. Mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten bei der U2 Pankow und bei der U8 Pankstraße oder Osloer Straße.
Wir haben einen Netto direkt neben dem Haus und einen REWE , Penny und Denn's 10 Minuten entfernt.
Außerdem gibts viele Spätis, Döner, Pizza, Bäcker etc.
Wir sind im 3.Hinterhaus.
We live in Wedding, but bordering Pakow and Prenzlauer Berg. Die connection to the public transport is pretty good. Its a short 5 min walk to the S-Bahn Wollankstraße (S1/25/26) which connects you to U8 and Ringbahn in 4 minutes. There are also busses from here going to U2 and U8 in a couple minutes.
There is a Netto right next to the house and a REWE, Penny and Denns 10 min walk away.
We have maaaaaaany Spätis and Döners here.
Du hat für die Zeit zwei Mitbewohner, Conner (30, Schotte) und Vera (27, Deutsche). Vera schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit und sucht einen Job. Conner spricht mittelmässig Deutsch, aber verstehen tut er es. Der ist die meiste Zeit zu Hause und eher eine Nachteule ubd arbeitet am wochenende in einem Club. Beide sind super lieb und wenn du Bock hast, sind die für Bier, kochen und ausgehen auch immer zu haben.
wär super, wenn du dich auch ein bisschen um die Pflanzen kümmern würdest. Ist aber natürlich auch kein Muss.
You'll have to flat mates. Conner (30) he is Scottish and Vera (27) she is German. Vera is writing her masters thesis and looking for a job. Conner doesn't speak much German, but he understands it pretty well. He is at home currently most of the time and more of a night owl. He works in a club on the weekends. Both are really sweet and if you want, they'll always be up for a beer, cooking or going out.
It would be sweet if you could take care of my plants, but not pressure.
Über den genauen Zeitraum können wir uns gerne unterhalten. Sag bitte Bescheid, von wann bis wann du das Zimmer mieten wollen würdest, was du so machst etc. etc.
Die Miete für den Monat beträgt 500€ und die Kaution auch nochmal. Ich weiß, dass ist viel Geld für die Kaution, aber ich bin nicht da und muss irgendwie sicher gehen, dass man mit meinen Sachen sorgfältig umgeht. Das bekommst du sofort zurück, wenn ich wieder in der Wohnung bin und alles schick is.

The rent is 500€ and I have to take an additional 500€ for deposit. I know it is a lot of money, but I need some safety because all my belonging are in this room. You'll get it back as soon as I step foot in the flat and find everything is still in the same manner as before.
