Hallo,

ich vermiete in meiner 3 Zimmer Wohnung ein ca. 15 m2 Zimmer, befristet für 5 Monate ab Februar. Leider nur ohne Anmeldung. 470,- Euro alles inklusive. 150,- Euro Kaution. Im schönen Körnerkiez, zwischen S Neukölln & S Hermannstrasse. Um die Ecke ist der Kranoldplatz mit einem tollen Gemüsemarkt am Samstag und einem netten Hipster Flohmarkt manchmal Sonntags.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett und Kleiderschrank (in dem ich auch noch Koffer und so Kram verstaut habe, den ich nicht oft brauche. Du wirst aber genug Platz haben, der Schrank ist riesig) - plus Tisch und Stuhl (nicht auf den Fotos).

Das Zimmer geht zum Innenhof raus und ist sehr ruhig. Weil im 3. Stock, ist das Zimmer und die Wohnung generell sehr hell. Die anderen zwei Zimmer bewohne ich.

Ich bin Lehrerin an einer Schule in Britz. Ich habe Englisch und Deutsch in Wien und an der FU studiert. Ich bin ziemlich beschäftigt und suche jemanden für eine Zweck WG. Klar, Pläuschchen in der Küche (ich bin nicht unkommunikativ, eher das Gegenteil), aber ich arbeite recht viel und ziehe mich auch gerne zurück, wenn ich frei habe. Wenn das für dich passt, sehr gut!

Zum Zusammenwohnen – das klingt etwas neurotisch, aber am Einfachsten kommuniziere ich es direkt – ich bin sehr sauber und sehr ordentlich. Bei mir steht nichts rum, in der Küche räume ich sofort auf und ich versuche alles so hübsch, aufgeräumt und minimalistisch als möglich zu halten. Wie gesagt, klingt etwas verrückt, aber ich suche wen, die es genauso sieht und/oder respektiert. Das Chaos habe ich im Kopf, meine Umgebung habe ich gerne ordentlich..

Alles da: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle..

I am renting a 15 m2 room in my 3 room apartment, limited to 3-4 months from February on. Unfortunately, no Anmeldung possible. 470,- Euro all inclusive. 150,- Euro deposit. Located just on the edge of Körnerkiez, between S Neukölln & S Hermannstrasse. Around the corner is Kranoldplatz with a great vegetable market on Saturdays and a nice hipster flea market on Sundays.

The room is furnished with a bed and closet (since it is huge, I will store some stuff that a rarely need, but there will be enough space for you), a desk and a chair (not in the fotos).

The room is very quiet, it faces the inner courtyard. The flat is on the 3rd floor, thus the room and the apartment are very bright. I live in the other two rooms.

I am a teacher at a school in Britz. I studied English and German in Vienna and at FU. I am quite busy and are looking for someone for a “Zweck-WG”. I am up for chats in the kitchen (I am not unsocial, quite the contrary), but I work a lot and also like to close the door and chill when I have the time. If that suits you, great!

This is going to sound a bit neurotic, but the easiest way is to communicate it directly - I'm very clean and very tidy. I don't have anything lying around, I tidy up after cooking immediately and I try to keep everything as nice, tidy and minimalist as possible. It sounds a little crazy, I am aware, but I'm looking for someone who kinda gets or respects it. The chaos is in my head, which is why I like to keep my surroundings tidy..

Everything here: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave ..
