Hey, ich verlasse Berlin für ein Auslandssemester und würde entsprechend mein WG-Zimmer untervermieten.
Ihr werdet mit meiner aktuellen Mitbewohnerin Katja (23) die Wirtschaftswissenschaften studiert zusammenwohnen.
Rassismus, Sexismus, Antisemitismus, Faschismus, Homophobie und Verschwörungstheorien können jetzt aufhören zu lesen und woanders hinziehen.
Preis:
Die Warmmiete beläuft sich auf insgesamt 765,73 €. Hinzu kommt noch eine Kellermiete von 33,94 €, 34,99 € für Internet sowie 59 € für Strom.
Heruntergerechnet auf die Quadratmeter wären es für das Zimmer ca 480 €.
Wohnung:
Die Zweizimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (5. OG) eines Altbaus im Wedding. Altbautypisch hat sie in allen Räumen (außer dem Bad) abgezogene Dielen. Sie ist voll ausgestattet, mit allem, was man zum Leben benötigt.
Es gibt eine große Wohnküche (ca. 20 m2) mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Ein Esstisch und ein kleines Sofa haben hier auch ihren Platz.
Das innenliegende Bad ist relativ klein, kommt aber dennoch mit einer Dusche-Wanne-Kombination daher und reicht vollkommen aus.
Im Flur finden Jacken und Schuhe ihren Platz.
Zu deinem Zimmer:
Das Zimmer hat ca. 15 m¬2, ist zur Straße ausgerichtet und das Fenster geht nach Westen hinaus.
Das Bett und die Regale/Schrank bleiben im Zimmer, ed könnten Gegebenenfalls auch ein paar Möbel im Keller zwischengelagert werden.

Hey, I am going to leave Berlin for an exchange Semester. Therefore I want to sublet my room for the given time.
You would share the flat with my current flatmate Katja (23) who is studying economics.
Price:
The rent in total is 765,73 €, this includes heating. Additional costs are rent for the basement 33,94 €, 34,99 € for internet and 59 € for electricity.
Broken down to the squaremetres the monthly rent would be 480 €.
The appartment:
The two-room appartment is located on the top floor (5th floor) in an old building with a typicall wooden floor throghtout (except for the bathroom). The flat is fully equipped with everything you need.
There is a great kitchen living (20 m2) with a stove, fridge and washing machine and a small sofa and dining table.
The bathroom is quite small but comes with a shower-bathtub-combination that is satisfactory.
Shoes and jackets can be stored in the hall.
Your Room:
It has round about 15 m2, it faces the inner courtyard the window is orientated to the west.
The furniture as you cab see, can be used. If necessary some items could be stored in the basement
Anbindung:
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-Bahnstation Leopoldplatz mit der U9 und U6. Mit der U-Bahn ist man entsprechend in ca. 10 min in Mitte (U6) oder am Zoo (U9), mit dem Fahrrad dauert es ca. 20 min.
Die Ringbahn (S+U Wedding) ist eine Bahnstation (mit U6) oder 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Tramstation Seestraße mit Verbindungen in den Osten (Prenzlauer Berg etc.) ist ca. 5-10 min entfernt.
Parks und Kiez:
Der große Volkspark Rehberge (eignet sich super zum Laufen) mit dem Plötzensee ist in ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. In fußläufiger Distanz ist ebenfalls der Schillerpark. Wenn man weiter raus will, ist die Bahnverbindung in den Norden ebenfalls ziemlich gut.
Der schöne Sprengelkiez liegt ca. 10 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Einkaufen:
An der Müllerstraße sind etliche Super- und Drogeriemärkte, die alle in weniger als 5 min erreicht werden können.
Public Transport: The House is located directly at the subwaystation U Leopoldplatz with the U6 and U9. You can reach Mitte (U6) and Zoo (U9) in 10 min or 20 min by bike. The next Ringbahn-station is S+U Wedding and is one stop away (U6) or 10 min by feet. There is also a Tram-station (Seestraße) that connects to the east (Prenzlauer Berg etc.) in 5-10 min walking distance.
Parks and Kiez:
You can reach the Volkspark Rehberge (excellent for running) and the Plötzensee in 10 min by bike. In walking-distance you have got the Schillerpark. If you want to leave the city, there are some pretty good connections to the north.
The Sprengelkiez is roughly 10 min away by feet.
Shopping (groceries):
There are a bunch of supermarktes and drugstores at the Müllerstraße which all can be reached in less than 5 min.
