Hallöchen!
wegen kurzfristiger Planänderung vermiete ich mein Zimmer ab sofort über den Sommer (15.Jul- 15. Sept). Das Zimmer ist möbliert :)
Miete pro Monat: 520€ warm.
Das Zimmer ist 23m2 groß und liegt am Bundesplatz. Die Ringbahn ist einen Steinwurf von hier entfernt und die U9 fährt direkt vor der Tür.
Der nächste Edeka ist um die Ecke und 500 m von hier liegt der Volkspark, in dem man ganz wunderbar spazieren gehen kann.
Du würdest mit 2 lieben Menschen zusammenwohnen: Brianna (26) aus Amerika und Elias (24) aus Deutschland, beide studieren.
Elias hat einen Balkon an seinem Zimmer, den man gerne mitbenutzen darf, wenn man lieb fragt. Außerdem haben wir eine Dachterrasse mit einem kleinen Garten, die für alle Bewohner des Hauses zugänglich ist und auf der man gut lernen oder auch mal ein Bierchen trinken kann.
Wir sind ein Nichtraucher-Haushalt (nur auf dem Balkon) und ab und zu hat Elias seinen Hund zu Besuch, der aber sehr ruhig ist.

Hi!
Due to spontaneous change of plans, I am renting out my room which is free as of today, 15. July - 15. Sept.
The room is furnished.
Rent per month: 520€ (all inclusive).
The room is 23m2 and is located at Bundesplatz. The Ringbahn is only 200 meters away and the U9 right outside our entrance.
The next Edeka is around the corner and 500 meters away you can find the Volkspark, which is perfect for small strolls through the nature.
You would be living with 2 lovely people: Brianna (26) from America and Elias (24) from Germany, both are students.
Elias has a balcony at his room which we are allowed to use too, if we ask nicely. :)
We also have a roof top terrace with a little garden which is perfect for study breaks or a beer in between.
We are non-smokers (only on the balcony rarely) and sometimes Elias has his dog over. The dog is very calm though.
