3 min by bike to the S-Bahn Station (Ostkreuz and Treptower Park).
5 min by bike to join Neukölln and Warschauer Str.
The flat is now empty and needs 2 new persons (1 person per room).
Rent is to be paid when get the keys and visit the flat and sign the contract. We do an official contract. You get the deposit back at the end of the period. Anmeldung/registration possible.
To make it safe for both of us we do an official contract + copy of both IDs and payslips...
